Please check in the checkbox below to agree to the Terms of Services as outlined here: https://quttera.com/terms_of_service
The following addition to the terms and conditions are applied to consider the website valid for the Essential Security license:
INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS
Installation is possible for PHP-based websites only (CMSs such as WordPress, Drupal, Magento, Joomla, and others) on shared hosting or a dedicated server. Customers should have FTP/SFTP/SSH access to the website content. Website hosting (dedicated server provider) allows a) modification of PHP parameters and b) read/write access to website files.
DEFINITION - CLEAN SITE BASELINE
The Essential Security plan is for clean websites that do not require malware and/or blacklisting removal upon the subscription. For the period of the first 30 days from subscription, it is required that neither an internal scanner nor an external scanner detects malware on the site in the license. If detection occurs, the Quttera support team should review the scan reports and verify that it is not a false positive. If the website is (re)infected during the first 30 days of the subscription period, the customer should upgrade to the Premium Security plan (or any other plan that provides malware cleanup services) to perform a full website audit and find a reinfection source.
INFECTION / HACKING REMEDIATION COVERAGE AFTER BASELINE
After the 30 days of the baseline, the malware cleanup and hacking remediation are covered by the license and provided with no additional charge.
